Privacy notice architecture

Order fulfilment, Blueprint delivery and competition administration use only the information needed for those purposes. Optional direct marketing is captured separately and remains off by default.

Information collected

Account identifiers, name, verified email/mobile, order and payment references, Blueprint responses, legal-acceptance versions, entry and audit records. Identity documentation is requested only when necessary for winner verification and required records.

Purposes

Process the product order, provide Blueprint access, save progress, generate the report, issue and administer the separate R0 entry, prevent duplicates, conduct the draw, verify a winner, support customers and meet legal record duties.

Operators & transfers

List the selected payment, hosting, email, analytics and support providers; sign operator agreements; document locations and safeguards for any cross-border transfer.

Retention

Use a record-class schedule. Keep the statutory competition evidence for the required period; keep financial records for the applicable tax/accounting period; delete or de-identify Blueprint and marketing data when no longer needed, subject to lawful holds.

Data-subject rights

Provide simple channels for access, correction, objection, consent withdrawal and deletion requests where lawful, plus escalation to the Information Regulator.
