Draft rules framework — not final competition rules and not an open offer to enter.

Attorney-ready requirements

Competition rules framework

This structured drafting pack converts the campaign model into clauses and evidence requirements for a South African attorney’s review, completion and sign-off before any public launch.

01

Promoter & campaign identity

QUICK LAUNCH DIGITAL SOLUTIONS (PTY) LTD, registration 2026/081362/07. Competition contact: competition@quicklaunchdigital.co.za and WhatsApp 071 051 1215. Public service address, Information Officer and authorised operator details remain to be inserted.

02

Dates, territory & time standard

Pre-launch: 15 September 2026 at 19:00 SAST. Official opening: 29 September 2026 at 09:00 SAST. Winner announcement: 1 December 2026. Closing date/time and attorney-supervised draw date/time remain pending. All times will be stated in SAST.

03

Eligibility

Natural persons aged 18 or older who are South African residents. Final rules must define legal capacity, qualifying-customer identity, prohibited insiders, suppliers, consultants and immediate-family relationships, with a documented verification process.

04

Qualifying purchase

Define the R100 Startup Launch Blueprint as the product, substantiate its ordinary selling price and product value, state one qualifying customer receives one complimentary R0 entry, and prohibit duplicate-account circumvention.

05

Entry mechanics

Describe successful provider payment, product entitlement, creation of the separate R0 entry, unique reference, failure handling, refunds, chargebacks, duplicate suppression and customer support.

06

Winner determination

Use the locked computer-generated draw workflow against the frozen eligible-entry manifest, under independent-attorney oversight. Select one provisional winner and three reserves, preserve the run evidence, verify eligibility, and announce the confirmed result on 1 December 2026. YouTube Live recommended; scheduled event link pending. Attendance must not be required.

07

Prize specification & value

Attach the capped development-package schedule, valuation evidence, discovery and MVP definition, delivery milestones, winner responsibilities, third-party costs, infrastructure and support caps.

08

Publicity & privacy

Make winner-image use, testimonials, event attendance and marketing participation expressly optional, with a clear right to decline. Link the separate POPIA notice and retention schedule.

09

IP, confidentiality & third-party rights

Winner owns approved bespoke foreground deliverables after handover; Quick Launch retains pre-existing methods, reusable components and know-how; third-party and open-source materials remain under their licences.

10

Records, complaints & changes

Lock rules before launch, record every published version, preserve the required competition file, identify complaint channels and restrict changes, cancellation or postponement to lawful, transparent circumstances.

IP treatment

A clean distinction between winner work and reusable capability.

Winner foreground IP

Approved bespoke source code, designs, written specifications and brand materials created specifically for the winning build transfer to the winner at the contractually defined handover point, subject to third-party licences.

Quick Launch background IP

Pre-existing code, libraries, templates, frameworks, methods, generic components, tools and know-how remain Quick Launch property, with the winner receiving the licence needed to operate the delivered MVP.

Third-party IP

Cloud services, payment tools, APIs, fonts, stock assets and open-source components remain subject to their own terms, availability and usage charges.

Entrant idea confidentiality

Entrants retain their submitted concept information. Access is role-limited and used only for product delivery, competition administration, verification and the disclosed purposes.
